Your website project will be managed from our project management tool called Basecamp. You'll receive instructions on how to use Basecamp upon signing up. Accept our invitation from your email and start using Basecamp.
Your project manager will reach out to you on Basecamp live chat. Tell us about the look, feel, and design you want from your new website.
Please note: we do not offer phone calls as we have experienced that information gets lost and the communication becomes messy. Instead, tasks are organized within Basecamp (our project management tool), and we communicate directly with you using the live chat feature.
Next, our team gets to work and performs comprehensive research for your brand and industry to create compelling content your target audience wants to read during this step.
We design your new homepage and interior page templates based around your company's brand, fonts, colors, content, and usability with SEO in mind. Once we present a draft of the website, you get two rounds of feedback to ask for any adjustments and improvements.
Lastly, we'll connect your new website to our user-friendly website editor. We'll fine-tune your content and perform functionality and browser testing.
We'll train you on how to use the website editor, and you provide final feedback on the website. Once we have your approval, the website launches.
After the website is live, we maintain a partnership with you by providing support assistance and ongoing maintenance to the hosted environment, the website, and the editor.
Whether you are interested in small changes or major enhancements, our Web Strategists and Support Team are ready to discuss the next steps to your website. Updates to your new website are FREE using our editor. However, design modifications are available at an additional cost. Please refer to the Terms of Service for pricing information.
